In a meta-analysis of 24 studies, smoking has been shown to increase the risk of prostate cancer.
Have a healthy weight.

However, researchers believe that routine ejaculation needs to be accompanied by other indicators, such as a healthy lifestyle, healthy eating patterns, and regular exercise.
